LYCOCARD summer course broadens the horizon

In July 2008, seven young sientists from Italy, Spain and France have expanded their knowledge of different analytical aspects with regard to lycopene. As guests of the research group Bioactive Plant Compounds, they particpated for five days in the LYCOCARD summer course "Isomerisation of lycopene and its physiological relevance".
